Sure, test results won't change management. But patients sitting around for FIVE DAYS waiting on a negative test is pricesly what is wasting all our PPE. These problems are not unrelated

So, at least part of the plan is, to suppress testing and reporting. Healthcare practitioners need their own reporting mechanism, if it does not already exist. Perhaps we need to rev-vsist using the WHO test kits.

I don't think the plan is to "suppress" testing; it's that there aren't enough tests so doctors should treat as if the patient has tested positive.
