@TeamYouTube I'm subscribed to a YouTube channel but I haven't been receiving notifications from them (I had notifications on) so I unsubscribed to them then resubscribed to them (turned notifications back on) but when I look in my subscription manager the channel doesn't show up

Check your bell settings for that channel and see if you've opted-in to receive all notifications. You may be on the default setting, which is to receive notifications occasionally. Here's a guide to help check that plus your app and device level settings: https://yt.be/help/AKer

Hmm, that's weird, have you tried reinstalling the app? Does this happen on a PC too? Try these things out and let us know.

It happened to another channel I'm subscribed too as well (The notification bell glitches out when I try to turn notifications back on again)
