      We just got the following details from @NYPDNews. From 10/1/15 - 9/30/16 (under Obama), @ICEGov issued 80 detainer requests to the NYPD. The NYPD cooperated in 2 cases (where a Federal arrest warrant was issued).

      From 10/1/16 - 9/30/17 (mostly under Trump), @ICEGov issued 1526 detainer requests. The vast majority of ICE detainers target people who have not committed serious crimes. @NYPDNews honored zero. Thank you NYPD for honoring the law & upholding the values of our city 1526 times.
