@MTA F-express proposal has “winners” in Southern Bklyn, and at Church Avenue & 7th Avenue in my district.
7. But it would increase commute times for riders at Ft. Hamilton, 15th St, 4th Ave (my family’s stop), Smith/9th, Carroll St & Bergen St.

@MTA also admits: “There would also be increased stair crowding at … local stations due to larger PM exit surges.” Ugh. -
9. Let’s remember that F-train service is already unreliable, overcrowded, and sub-par.
