Congress is allowed "(Clause 9:) To constitute Tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court." There are no enumerated limitations to such tribunals.

I’m so torn. Part of me would love to see him stroke out on the front lawn but the other part wants to see him dragged out in cuffs & in the courtroom & then prison - humiliated & broke. So so hard to decide what to wish for.
