Why not? They are not above the law.
A corrupt Supreme Court justice would be just as viable a target of impeachment proceedings as any other government official. So, yes, Congress could see whether a Justice was receiving bribes for favorable treatment.
I do my own taxes each year and I'm not familiar with the line item you report bribes on.
