That's not how colour is being used here. All values in the Biden column are varying shades of blue, all values in the Trump column are varying shades of red. Look at the rest of the values under each candidate.

The error here is related to the vote-from-home / vote-in-person divide, but publishing this stuff without *that* being the whole context is downright weird. It's misleading.
