@TeamYouTube why do my notifications not reach the number of people that it says it should be reaching?

Hmm, can you send us some screenshots from your subs? Send more details our way, we'll take a look!

Im unable to ask my subscribers to submit screenshots of something that doesn’t show up (notification). I am able to share a screenshot from my analytics page where it shows how many people have “Always Notify” enabled in general & on their phone/device. Is that ok?

Here you go, I feel like even if I was the worst streamer/creator ever that at least 100 people would be tuning in right off the start and watch for a good amount of time considering my sub count is 64K..pic.twitter.com/6XagIZhjkQ

Appreciate the screenshot – make sure your subs have checked their notification settings, not just for the subscriber bell, but also for their app and phone. Here’s a helpful resource: https://yt.be/help/notifications … Hope this helps!

Yeah they have it on, the notifications literally are not sending out. Is there another level of support I can speak with possibly?

Is this related to desktop, mobile or email notifications (or all of the above)? Also, is this happening with *all* notifications or just certain types? Appreciate the additional info! Keep us in the loop!

It seems it’s happening mainly to people on their phones/other devices (tablets, consoles) people that are in their computer usually get it but not always. It 100% happens with Live Stream Notifications (maybe 30 will get notis) videos are a bit better (200-400 sometimes)
