The First Amendment has nothing to do with this.

Unless you can sue YouTube for somebody’s posted content for liable then many would argue it does

But it doesn't, there's no government action here, dingus.

Name calling? NYT is a publisher. They have the right choose what goes in their publication. They are legally responsible for what they print. A public forum is not legally responsible in this way but they must respect people’s rights. Can’t have it both ways

Ugh...Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act protects websites. Nothing to do with the First Amendment. The First Amendment means the *government* cannot abridge freedom of speech.https://www.eff.org/issues/bloggers/legal/liability/230 …

hopefully that can be changed. It’s clearly growing (the attempts to censor on current platforms) and outright shut down platforms that don’t censor in unison with Silicon Valley. That seems fairly clear. I’ve seen prager and ted Cruz say what I said so idk how it’ll play out

Whether or not it can be justified is one thing. I’m sure there are many issues on which you disagree where one could make a justification. I think people should stand for the principle of free speech. I see people on the left saw hateful and outright incorrect things but still..
