2) I live in the UK: where I am an EU immigrant (I am half Portuguese, thanks to my migrant father who went to Brazil when he was 17) living in the times of BREXIT. I have no CLUE as to my future right now. I also live in fear that my life might collapse at some point

3) I co-own a business (The Book Smugglers) in the US so much of my interests - and many of my loved friends - live there. As a citizen of the world everything that is happening in the US greatly concerns me. The rise of fascism is no joke.

My father also died last month. SO YEAH SHIT TIMES. I can't concentrate right now enough to read - so that source of comfort is not really working for me. So what have I been doing in order to 1) feel better and 2) help out the world the way that I can?

I HAVE BEEN WORKING NON STOP to pay for, produce, edit and publish super great works (most of them available for FREE on the blog) that are by and about poc, woc and LGBTQIA. That's the only thing that I can find the time, the will and focus to DO.
