    There’s a lot of cancelling going on these days. I get it. I know how easy it is to lose sight of the dream. One thing I always want is more time to train with my kids. I always tell my kids they are cool. I love being home with them. Keep opting for the dream!

    When people tell you a story, you learn a lot more. If you’re doing a FB LIVE, open with a personal story. It can be anything, just something that lays out some connective tissue. I tell a story about my dad’s hands.✋You’ll never get the story of my dad’s hands out of our mind.

    I’m all about rituals. That starts the night before. I set out my workout clothes, set out my drink so it’s ready to go. That way, there’s no excuses. I roll out of bed, get dressed, grab my hydration and hit the gym.

    If you want to be world class, you have to get real intimate with your future self. My kids act as if their dreams are actually here. They are being their dreams now. That’s how you know the end is secure. Once you’re being the dream, you are attracting the dream to you.
