It's actually true. Biden wants to force people to register "assault weapons" (he hasn't defined them) under the National Firearms Act. That would force people to pay for a $200 tax stamp to register that gun.

That's semantics. If you make a fee mandatory, it's a tax. That's like saying the gas tax isn't a tax and is actually a fee.
