Yes the new inventory mandated by CLCPA I gather will result in buildings as tops, which makes total sense. I hope they get that done ASAP. I left out of the piece the ridiculousness, tho I suppose it’s implied, of no updated state tracking since the 2015/2016 inventory.

New York City's inventory of GHG emissions includes 2019. That inventory will drive measurement of NYC's Local Law 97-2019 goals. Unfortunately, the NYC inventory doesn't yet use the new CLCPA methods for calculating GHG equivalents. https://nyc-ghg-inventory.cusp.nyu.edu/
