      Yeah, that's it. It's those early morning winter hours that are the challenge. Increasing usage will push it more into the red. So, we need heat pumps and a huge amount of EE, storage, winter time RE. This stuff aint zero sum.       The NYISO Marginal Emissions data for 2015 & 2016 can be found by going to https://www.nyiso.com/ipptf  and then selecting the meeting materials for the 2018-03-19 meeting. There are three files. One is a very abbreviated discussion of method and then one file for each year.
