As with immunizations, it seems immoral to invoke religion when creating and/or worsening a public health danger. And no, this behavior should not be protected by the US 1st Amendment.

Hobby Lobby should be shut down -- like all other non-essential businesses. Government can't work if individuals are allowed to ignore the law whenever they claim that "God told me to."
