No. I said nothing about Bloomberg. My question concerned only Giuliani and people's awareness of his role in starting stop-and-frisk in New York City.

You are correct and I apologize for make the assumption I did when you were just asking a question. To answer your original tweet, I think most people who are old enough to remember Giuliani as NYC mayor also know the stop-and-frisk program started during his administration.
