What is the path? I went to the Climate March in 2017 and was very disillusioned. Lots of bitching but no solutions. An awful lot of travel (and emissions!) to something that I haven't seen have an impact from. The path is: 1. Decarbonize electric generation 2. Adopt electric vehicles 3. Replace furnaces with heat pumps.
Agreed. Not discussed much. And that looks an awful lot like selling a lot of things... For energy it's all about replacing things that burn fuel with things that use clean electricity.
Didn't think the path requested had to do with steps that can and should be taken. More like: what we do to accumulate enough political power to MAKE those steps happen, and quickly? Is there a plan/path that is more than "Protest in big numbers till we can't be ignored"?
Both/and. Large level policy like fee and dividend please.
