There is no procedural requirement for a resolution. Republicans should be happy that Pelosi didn't force them to vote on such a resolution at this time.
Strange. I didn’t say there was a requirement. However, she’s obviously not holding a vote on it because she doesn’t have the votes. Why else would she not? It strengthens their position in court when they seek documents. Today’s “inquiry” is no different than last week/month.
Or maybe she’s not because she makes the rules and can do whatever she wants. Have patience, grasshopper, I’m sure she’s optimizing on inflicting maximal pain on trumpers.
