Renewable Natural Gas should be reserved for use in electricity generation, not allowed to justify continued or expanded use of gas for heating.
I'd argue sending consumers a cleaner fuel mix versus expecting all of them to spend thousands on electrification, is a great way to reduce carbon emissions at scale in a way that takes effect immediately
