      The poor often live in homes heated using oil or gas. The "lifetime cost of energy" (LCOE) for oil/gas is usually higher than LCOE for geothermal heat pumps. But, poor folk can't afford capital investment to get cheaper heating. We need to provide LMI with financing support.
