Pretty sure cooking is a few orders of magnitude less carbon intensive than space heating or vehicles. Induction cooking is great to eliminate the need for fossil fuels, but it's GHG impact is relatively small.
Heat pumps + Electric Vehicles + Induction Cooking = "climate scale zero carbon technologies."

And yet it is one of the hardest emotional levers to move with people w respect to their homes. Pretty sure if cooking is the only load keeping residential gas distribution infrastructure in place, climate advocates are going to look silly for failing to address it.
