Make the moratoriums permanent. Heat pumps provide non-pipes solutions with low emissions. Gas assets costs are recovered over 60+ years, so we must limit gas expansion to avoid creating stranded assets in 2050 (only 31 years). #BeneficialElectrification #ManagedDecapitalization
