Do you model heat pump degradation at very low temperatures?
The "degradation" of heat pump efficiency varies depending on the type of heat pump. The efficiency of air-source heat pumps is inherently correlated with outside air temperature. However, ground or water coupled heat pumps are much less impacted by outside air temperature.
