@gschivley already addressed some of the questions. egrid and marginal emissions are not the same thing so those # won’t match

The CMU tool uses hourly CEMS data, which only includes fossil generators. We have also calculated monthly average CO₂ emission rates at http://emissionsindex.org . eGRID does provide non-baseload emission factors somewhere. Quick reply, need to run...
