If you're starting with "how do we use blockchain to build better election technology?", instead ask "how do we build better election technology?" if that's actually what you care about doing.

I’ve said this before, I’ll say it again. I’ve been working in security and large scale systems for over 25 years. Civil voting is BY FAR the hardest and most complex problem I’ve ever encountered.
