It’s mind boggling how many officers are just hanging out in the emergency lanes daily just waiting to hand out traffic citations, they wonder why we want funds to go elsewhere

"It's elementary dear Watson" ~1k cases/day which is consistent even during an unheard of before Sat/Sun. We are building up so much spread that going into Nov/Dec this is troublesome. The real story here is as the rest of the country's COVID heats up, poof go our resources!
