    Met with the Veterans Service Commission in Defiance and spoke about how important it is that veterans get the care they deserve. I recently authored a bill to ensure veterans w cancer can receive treatment closer to home if the nearest VA facility w/ cancer treatment is far away

    Toured Vantage Career Center in today where I learned about their one-of-a-kind CDL program for HS students and their vocational programs in cabinet making and in the healthcare field. A # of programs are available at the center to help prepare students for the workforce
