Let's face it, all we can do is complain and tweet about it. It's just too difficult to enact real change. Now try attacking alcohol and porn, then you'll really get riots.

Imagine if those excessive gains were kept in the pockets of the employer and employee because the plan was funded and structured to benefit those paying premiums / claims vs the carrier holding all of those “unused” dollars.

Nothing like ripping everyone off eh? Go figure.
