    Today a GOP Senator released an ad jokingly (?) endorsing killing liberal journalists, and Ron De Santis introduced a bill in Florida making it legal to run over protesters with your car. So it's not just randos in line at rallies.

    Spotted in line for President Trump’s Swanton, OH campaign event tonight. As a reminder, 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse was charged with shooting three people, two fatally, during a protest in Kenosha, WI last month.

    In the 70s I wrote a piece for MS. magazine on why men should support the ERA. A law professor fact-checked it and said, “Whoever wrote this seems to know nothing about constitutional law.” So, instead, I interviewed HER. She was brilliant. And kind. She was Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

    People have memory-holed this, but as the election approached and GOP senators thought Trump would lose they started to float the idea of just blocking the nominee...forever. And not just Ted Cruz. There were a number who said it.

    If Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election, the Scalia seat might not have been filled yet
