one of the reasons i don't use twitter to explicitly say things like trans rights, gay rights, believe women, etc is bcus on a moral level, having those beliefs seem so obvious & bcus they're so obvious, it feels like people will think i'm saying those things just to seem 1/7

Do people not get that they're telling on themselves when they say "I don't do good person shit because it will seem fake"? Even ignoring what that says the persona you've built, what does it say about your convictions if fear of seeming inauthentic is enough to silence you?
