Fr Conrad Flores, director for formation, tells Rappler that the setup of students staying inside the campuse helped them get DepEd approval, as somehow students have their own “bubble.”

For context: Mother of Good Counsel Seminary is still considered a regular private school that's why it is included in the pilot run. As explained to us here, students are not expected to continue priesthood after their high school.
