I don’t understand the low recovery rate in South Korea compared to other countries?

Aggressive testing means finding cases early. Patients do not recover fast so recoveries are expected to be lagging behind. The daily deaths/recoveries in China was horrendous at first... It is also possible that criteria for "recovery" are stricter in Korea. too early to tell
