Hi Brenda, we're sorry to hear your commute has been affected by the lack of availability in docks this morning. We are working to bring back valet this month and April in order to help alleviate this issue and create a more seamless commute for our riders!
Every @CitiBikeNYC dock south of Canal St full by 8:35 am. Dozens of commuters circling. We will need more bike valets if we are going to follow @NYCMayorsOffice guidance about #bikenyc to work.
