Actually the science is don’t use NSAIDS - it is NOT that you should use paracetamol. Cost and benefit of fever as part of the immune response is complex and antipyretics of any sort known to prolong other infectious diseases (VZV, influenza).

Last time. Indomethacin has a potent antiviral activity against SARS coronavirus. Antivir Ther. 2006. Is the pathogenesis excessive recruitment of immune cells in lung or depletion. Big call to state this assertion without evidence

Thanks for pointing this out. I would offer 2 thoughts: 1. This is extremely weak evidence, but I understand the anxiety given high stakes 2. Children are a very different case to adults 1/2
