On a more serious note, would you ever consider doing a course outside the US? Something closer to Europe for example? I'd be very interested in that!
The chances of this are very very low. There are a number of challenges. 1) Running my own business, I can't simply fly overseas and run a course on my own due to visa/tax issues. So, it would have to be hosted by someone else. And then different visa/tax issues.
