It’s called at will for a reason, but at this point I don’t give a fck about the suit. These people lied about prop 22, saying that if it passes fees will increase. They still increased the fee making consumers foot the bill for the massive spending on this prop

It was voted down, the message was if it passes consumers will foot the bill for the workers benefits, but they still raised the fees, they said it’s because of the cost of prop. So at the end, consumer still paid the price

Contractors should not get benefits and perks that real workers get. Ca is trying to change that which makes it hard for small business to stay open
