    I know wants the government shut down, but last night, the House passed two bi-partisan, GOP-drafted, and GOP-supported bills which would open the government. He should support these bills.

    If Leader McConnell is going to stand back and wait for a permission slip from President Trump to do his job and fund the government as the Republican Leader in the Senate, then we clearly are at an impasse.

    friend from govt agency recently showed us presentation they had prepared to brief POTUS. It was 15 slides with giant words in red/green to color code bad/good concepts, b/c staff had said he won't read it so it needs to be visual. Leading the free world is now a coloring book.
