Stoked to launch http://climatescape.org today, after months of toying with the idea. The goal is map the global landscape of organizations helping to create a more sustainable society, along with resources for learning about and implementing solutions to save the climate.
Making a list of interesting climate orgs and resources was one of the first things I did after digging into climate change. I've heard from dozens of others who have done the same thing and kept wanting a way to combine our efforts.
Finally a couple weeks ago @jjacobs22 put out a call for exactly this, so I was out of excuses not to make it happen. With the help of others in the @mcjpod we just released the first version. It's open source and there's so much more that can be done. Who wants to pitch in?
This is great! Curious if you thought about a category for organizations focused on people and capacity: education, fellowships, workforce development, labor, grassroots advocacy, etc?

we had a "Catalysts" category which included some of those. We broke it out into Capital & Research which captured 90% of the orgs but def missed out on some. What would you call it? Any good examples?
