    Kicking off with an announcement! We will be publishing Esteban Rodriguez’s first collection of poetry in 2019. His poetry appears in Gettysburg Review, Notre Dame Review, Hayden’s Ferry Review, New England Review, Puerto Sol. He lives in Austin, Texas.

    Flat-chestedly & angrily, she said something but meant something else. No matter, she hadn't thought it through. Male protagonist would explain it to her. After all, she was upset because she wanted MP but was married. He pitied & despised her for not knowing what she wanted—him.

    I once interviewed Hayes for Sycamore Review in grad school & asked him about visual art & basketball in relation to poems. It did not go nearly this well. Love.

    For Prairie Schooner, I tried to interview poet Terrance Hayes. What I got as responses was way weirder than I bargained for.
