Since two weeks ago, I have received 4 inquiries that after allowing blolook, the block count is not displayed. All are iPhone reports. The cause is unknown because it has not been reproduced on my iPad. It is said that it worked on the PC, so check the security settings.

I have your app authorized and have used it before, but now (on the same device, my aging Apple laptop) I'm just getting redirected back to the login page to check my account. Is there anything I can do from my end?
