I’m devastated. My neighbor Gary, an OG who has lived in HIS block for 40 years who I’ve said hi to EVERYDAY on my block dog got shot by #NYPD. This happened in between Bushwick Ave and Broadway on Kosciuszko Street and 3 different cops have told me 3 different things.

I saw a book influencer give tips on how to read more books a year. They were: listen to audiobooks on 1.5 speed, skim long passages of texts, read novellas and graphic novels to hit your “reading goals” faster. Which is fine, if your goal is to consume as much as possible

I have been writing about police brutality for thirteen or so years now. Nothing has improved. Frankly it seems like it has gotten worse. Nothing is a deterrent. Police do whatever they want. Rarely are there consequences.
