    Since this seems to keep coming up: Biden was morally, ethically, & politically correct to have supported the NATO campaign vs. Milosevic in 1999. Also, had Clinton heeded Biden’s arguments earlier, there’s a good chance the genocide in Srebrenica might never have taken place.
