Just finished Kirby Star Allies. Man, what a great game. Feeling an 8.5 on this one. I’ll do a Rush Review on it, I think.

I've been a huge fan since I was 7 and I played Kirby's Dreamland 2 on the Gameboy and the reason I like this game so much is because it incorporates a lot of things from earlier games while also remixing it with new mechanics.
Yeah I can agree to that. I actually thought the ability combinations are going to be more akin to Kirby 64, but I still enjoyed my time with it. The puzzles were nicely done and I think for people who are new to gaming it's a fantastic start.

I love Kirby. I'm currently pretty sad how much this game let me down. Its definitely good for newcomers since its the easiest game in the series. But it offers nothing new, and previous games handled the core experience much better IMO. Nice to see people enjoy it though :p

Well I am curious to know why you are let down since I am not a big Kirby guy by any stretch. But at the end of the day you are right, if people have fun that's all that matters :)
