To those feeling bad about not making the cut in any sort of competition: I once attempted to compete in a voice over competition & didn't make it past the 1st round. These are for fun, they are not career breaking. If you have the passion and you put in the work, you can do it.

I also look at it like preparing for the actual auditions. You can't nail every role you audition for, just keep moving forward. :)

I see some auditions for paying roles pop up from time to time in the VAA and VAC Facebook groups for indie games or indie animations/radioplays. BtVA may have some as well.
