Now I've got perfect pixels, just like @ExoParadigmGmr. 320x224 x 4 = 1280x896, and with the overscan area removed. The OSSC really is quite a versatile device once you get around the awkward interface.pic.twitter.com/XT6hRPhfqJ
There is an internal card made by Datapath that has DVI on it that a lot of people with OSSC use to handle the resolutions issue. I'd get it too if I wasn't restricted to a laptop but I heard from many people it works well. Called: Datapath Vision RGB E1.

The new OSSCs RZ and I have don't use a DVI output anymore. They have a sound mixed HDMI output.

getting a converter from HDMI to DVI is a piece of cake, but I have heard a bunch of people like Bob from RetroRGB singing it praises. I am just giving you an option to help you out :)
