You updated your driver's and BIOS yet? If that doesn't fix it then next up is looking at software.
Trying to figure out a way to do it without paying a lot of money for a software I'd only use once. :|

Start button, search "device manager", go through everything and right click "update drivers" or whatever.

Yeah, look up your motherboard and GPU and there should be drivers on the website. Do 'em one by one, might help.

If all else fails, most issues are fixed by a clean reinstallation of the operating system.
