Never heard of the AverMedia Bolt, but the Elgato HD60 (non S, non S+) has been extremely reliable. It won’t capture OSSC 960p though.

Well it costs about the same as the Elgato 4K60 S+. My main concern with
@AVerMedia is their practically non-existent customer service support. I’ve been able to work directly with@elgatogaming to help improve the 4K60 S+.

It was constantly drifting sync when recording consoles like SNES. Audio would soon be way out of sync. They came up with some more settings that you can adjust in the Settings.txt so that it checks for sync how ever often you want it to. I set it to once per second.

Not bad. Just a shame it can't handle 1080I if I want to use the Vita or frequencies over 60hz. Maybe in the future.
