It evolved into Raboot A LOT faster than I was expecting. It takes Ash two generations to evolve ONE pokemon.

Can't really use evolution as a point against Ash when it works so differently in the anime lol. It's not an experience thing. Charmeleon evolved out of pure anger, some evolve out of desperation and need, Bulbasaur refused to evolve even when his body was trying to, etc.
