I am genuinely sad about losing E3. I certainly don't disagree with the decision – safety is key – but I genuinely loved going every year, even after I'd been to 16(!) of them. I always said if you complained about working E3, you should find another gig. E3 was our Super Bowl!

I actually worked E3 as a writer and honestly despite the hectic nature, I loved every moment of it. I appreciate the industry so much so it's a shame it had to be cancelled. That being said all the people who work in one fashion or another in the industry should be healthy.
