This is going to be a long thread... So it's no secret that I'm Bisexual...on Twitter and with friends. I'm more attracted to a person's personality than gender and appearance. I told a couple high school friends when I first expressed my feelings about this and thankfully they

we're accepting. I started telling 1 of my cousins and she told me I should talk to my mom. I was very nervous and scared. But she said she would be with me to make sure she can translate properly (my mom speaks Spanish and I sometimes mess up) and to make sure I was ok.

So we went down and that was not good...my mom was actually angry and was blaming "the internet" for me being bi. She also thinks I was "made to think" that I was bi from my online friends at the time. We tried to calm her down, but nothing. She was starting to point to my cousin

saying "would you have sex with her" obviously the answer was no, but then she started to jump to other extreme things of what I possibly could have done. After that she threatened to kick me out to live with my dad in DR. (Which apparently he didn't care that I was Bi)

The conversation just stopped there tbh. She sent my other cousin who also was like a 2nd mom to me to try and to "change my mind" she didn't really care, but did try to pull some psychological analysis on why I might be bi.

To this day she thinks I'm not bi anymore because I have a boyfriend and I'm not allowed to talk about this to my other family members (my sister's know, but panic when I talk about girls I find attractive because they don't want to hear my mom yell again)
